Great Marsh Coalition
Stewardship of the Great Marsh requires long-term, coordinated efforts from many organizations and agencies along with dedicated public and political support. The Coalition's members consist of local environmental groups, representatives from municipalities, and state agencies. 8T&B has played an active role in the Great Marsh Coalition from it's inception. The Coalition seeks ways to develop and implement a Campaign for the Great Marsh to increase public awareness of this unique area. The goal is to expand the number of citizens, businesses, educators, local officials, politicians, and others who will support environmental stewardship in order to protect the Great Marsh.
